Josh is happily married and resides in Charlottesville VA. He is passionate about homebuilding!
My enduring curiosity creates joy in learning just about anything! With a technical background, I’m always fascinated with what makes things work.
Outside of work Josh enjoys traveling the world and always likes a good discussion of those life experiences with others.

Alina McConnell
Chief Financial Officer
I am excited to serve as the CFO for True Living and truly believe that this business is founded on whole and sound principles that will echo in many of our clients’ homes!
Originally from Romania, I moved to the United States in 2006 to focus on furthering my education by pursuing an MBA from James Madison University. After being in the workforce for a decade, having the opportunity to join the team at True Living has definitely been a blessing. When not at work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places and going on food adventures with my husband. A favorite quote that has resonated with me is: ‘A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are made for’.

I had the honor of joining the True Living Team in 2018 after a long career in new home construction. I am blessed to work alongside such a dedicated, caring and passionate team on a daily basis. God has also blessed our company with such great customers over the years. When I am away from work, my wife and I enjoy traveling and spending time with our 3 sons and their families and 3 adorable grandsons.
